We are so happy with our new shower and with the professional installation. Sorry, I'm senile and don't remember the name of our installer, but he was just fantastic. His work ethic is second to none. I can't believe how hard he worked. I would recoment your company to anyone interest in any of the servics you provide
Very professional and camento work on time. Could not complete task due to missing shower mega head but that was beyond workers control and even took the time to explain the situation leading to missing shower head. Wish you guys did my windows

I had my bathroom remodeled a few weeks ago and I love it. Andy was my remodel guy and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed with most care and consideration. We had a few hiccups but he worked long hours to make sure things were done correctly and in a timely manner. I am very appreciative. It was a great experience and Andy was amazing.

Austin from Wichita bathroom remodel to install walk-in tub & shower for my mother was very professional, nice and answered all our questions from start to finish from removing the old bathtub, redoing the plumbing for the new walk-in tub, installation, to finishing touches. Rich and Zack knew their business and were very professional. Rich was at our house for over 2 hours explaining the different Showers that they can do for us. Rich was a lot of help and to get through the financial process also. Zack was very professional and his work and work ethic were outstanding. I couldn’t believe that one person could take out an old bathtub, reframe the entire shower area and install a new walk-in shower in less than 2 full days. That Zack is a worker I’m telling you. Our new walk-in shower is really awesome. I would rate these guys 5 1/2 stars if they would let me.
I was a little reluctant to have a salesman at the house, but after talking with Rich, I lost that feeling quickly. He wasn't trying to sell me anything. He showed us Tailored's product and went over all the advantages of having it. So we said yes. Colton was our installer. Yet again, another personable guy from Tailored. We love our new walk in shower and I would definitely call them again in the future!
