I bought a new walk in shower from Rich at Tailored. He came by and showed me the options and explained all the ways to customize the shower to my needs. He even showed me their overstock and helped me save money. I can't say enough positive things about this young man. I can't wait to have my new shower installed.

I visited with Wyatt Garwick, a sales consultant, from Tailored Remodeling. He was prompt, courteous and thorough with his inspection. We reviewed options for replacing the tub/shower combo in the main bathroom. I was especially impressed with the overall warranty and level of training for the installers. I feel confident this was a win-win interaction and look forward to working with Tailored Remodeling on this project. The price was very competitive!
Tub to shower conversion
The old tub, ceramic tile surround was removed, and new the shower enclosure base with sliding doors were installed. Rich did the initial appointment and coordinated demo and installation. We had to leave for a funeral and coordination was simple and no hassle rescheduled appointment. Work was completed by Alan, (not sure forgot) in a professional manner.
2 bathroom remodel
We had two bathrooms redone in our home. Everyone on the team was very professional and the bathrooms turned out great! We couldn't be happier with them. We had to break our instal up over two visits and I did feel like there was a breakdown in communication for a few days but everything was corrected and both bathrooms were completed with no problems. Dylan was able to do both installs and was fabulous.

Thank you Rod for the new shower
My husband had difficulties getting in our old bathtub shower combo due to his disabilities. Rod came in and removed all the old stuff and built a beautiful shower that is easy for my husband to use. The built-in seat is easier for my husband to use than the small shower chair that he had to use and it was sometimes unstable. Rod kept everything cleaned up as he went along. He told us from the start what he was going to do. He had runners on the floor to protect our new floor. He kept us up to date on where we had some problems with our walls and how he was going to fix it and made sure it was OK with us before he proceeded. Rod was very professional, personable, and his work was very precise. Thank you, Rod for all your hard work.
