Mary was my sales consult. I told her what I wanted and she made it happen. She even followed up with me after the remodel to make sure I was happy. Matthew was the installer and totally Awesome. Very detailed, his workmanship shows. Always on time, room was cleaner that when he arrived. And a very kind and pleasant person. He went the extra mile for sure. Thank You Mary and Matthew.
My installer James for my tub to shower was very polite and very knowledgeable. He is a really hard worker and I am very pleased and grateful for his hard work he put into making my shower look amazing. Would highly recommend his service and this company. Great job James!!!
Matthew was prompt, quiet, effiecient, and clean. He demoed, installed and cleaned up very nicely. It took only 2 days to tear out the old tub and surround and to install a new ones.
Pro: wonderful products. Professional installation (very careful about cleaning up dust and equipment at the end of the day. While tearing out the bathtub and tile issues were found under the old tub. Adam went to Home Depot and got what he needed to make it right. It took 2 days to finish but it was so beautiful when it was done. Then we had a problem…the faucet kept running when it was turned off Adam kept trying to fix it. When it became obvious it needs to have a part replaced he called it in right away. Even though I couldn’t use my new shower until that part was replaced I knew they would get it done. The manager, Rich took my calls and kept at it until they found they part and scheduled the fix. I never felt like they were blowing me off. Integrity describes how they operated. The only con is that it took longer to get fixed because they don’t have a Tulsa office. Everything came out of Oklahoma City and they only had someone in Tulsa once in awhile. Eric Bannister showed up when scheduled and was such a pleasant and knowledgeable young man. We truly enjoyed meeting him and our shower install is excellent! We are so happy! From the salesman Shane Willis who we truly trusted to now, we cannot be any happier. The only hitch we had was timing 8-10 weeks turned into 15-16 weeks. The holidays played a part, and I’m assuming manufacturing played a part. We were patient, but just something to keep in mind. It was all well worth it! We love it! Great job Eric!! We would definitely recommend Tailored Remodeling for a bathroom renovation!!
Our experience was excellent all the way around. The purchase price was made easy by their sales team. They worked with us on price. The order was delivered in the timeframe they provided. The installer, Matthew Mcglathery, was tremendous. Not only did he do a great job installing the product, he was responsible, courteous, worked on our schedule, and cleaned up after himself. Just an A+ experience all the way around.
I want to say something about the installers of these windows. They great group of guys. Help us understand the process of the installation. TJ told me they will incase all the trims around the windows and window sills with metal and make them air and water tight. He kept my wife and myself informed on how the job was going. Now that windows are done have noticed a change in temperature of the house for the better. I will know how much energy bill we will savings in the month to come since temperatures will be dropping next week. By the way Patio door and windows looks great. TJ you did a great job.
