friendly installers, helpful office staff
I had a slight delay in install due to manufacturing issues, and everytime I called in to get a quick status update, I was either given an immediate answer from the office or got a call from the warehouse a few hours later. When it came time to install, Adam and Matthew were professional, but friendly. They answered questions, and kept my bathroom as clean as possible (despite ripping out drywall.) The resulting product is absolutely gorgeous and I'm so happy with my newly remodeled bathroom!
Top Notch Job
Had a tub to shower remodel. Isaac came out and did the job. Took two full day’s most of the time i didn’t know he was in the house very hard worker. Looks really nice, and should last a really long time. I would recommend Tailored remodeling to anyone who asks. Thanks you Tailored Remodeling and Isaac for a job well done.

Very pleased with the outcome of the shower. Eric Banister is an excellent worker and very through. There is one thing I need to say to main office, they need to work on communication! We signed our contract on March 3rd and I had to call in June to see what the problem was. So need to work on communication! Thank you Jill Faust

Shower remodel
I love the look and feel of my new shower. I didn’t fully realize what a difference it would make in my small bathroom but it is so much more roomy and comfortable now. Eric was very helpful with the design and Brent was thorough, answered all my questions and worked with me when decisions needed to be made during the installation. He was careful and cleaned up the workspace at the end of each day.

Phenomenal work
Tailored has a gem in Rod. His vast knowledge and expertise is amazing. He takes great care in lessening disruption and mess during the renovation process. He is easy to talk to and willing to explain the various stages in the process. This is the second time Rod has worked on the bathrooms in my home. I was exceedingly pleased with both outcomes. I would highly recommend him to anyone contemplating bathroom renovations.
Amazing New shower!
Zach came to our house, he showed up on time and was courteous. He set up drop clothes while I finished the window removal. Within hours I could see the improvement and progress being made. On the afternoon of day 2, Zach was done and had installed a beautiful new shower. Once I finally got to take my first shower In it I was in love with it. The shower is a diamond in my rough master bathroom that I now need to finish.
Luxurious shower
We are in LOVE with our new shower! So much more room than the bathtub/shower combo we had, and no more shower curtain touching me. I do wish we had requested dual shower heads, one on each side, but that's on us. Angel was very knowledgeable and kind while she was at our home for our initial consultation. And the installation only took 2 days. We are thrilled with this gorgeous upgrade to our master bath!
