We used tailored remodeling for out shower remodel and Matthew was the absolute best! Great and efficient work! He cleaned up after himself and communicated everything along the way. Will be using them again in the future

We found Tailored Remodeling at the Tulsa State Fair. We got an appointment with Rich and worked up the plan. Rich walked us through the plan and financing for our two room remodel. The remodel was great and Issac and Ant did a fantastic job with the install. The installers were professional and Courteous and cleaned up at the end of each day. We have been very pleased with the results. The company is great to work with on change orders and listening to the customer.

Tailored Remodeling did a great job on our bathtub/shower remodel. Our guys- Eric Bannister & Ant Jackson were professional, courteous, and explained things as they went through the process. Mary was my sales consult. I told her what I wanted and she made it happen. She even followed up with me after the remodel to make sure I was happy. Matthew was the installer and totally Awesome. Very detailed, his workmanship shows. Always on time, room was cleaner that when he arrived. And a very kind and pleasant person. He went the extra mile for sure. Thank You Mary and Matthew.

My installer James for my tub to shower was very polite and very knowledgeable. He is a really hard worker and I am very pleased and grateful for his hard work he put into making my shower look amazing. Would highly recommend his service and this company. Great job James!!!
Great installation
Matthew was prompt, quiet, effiecient, and clean. He demoed, installed and cleaned up very nicely. It took only 2 days to tear out the old tub and surround and to install a new ones.
Excellent products and installation
Pro: wonderful products. Professional installation (very careful about cleaning up dust and equipment at the end of the day. While tearing out the bathtub and tile issues were found under the old tub. Adam went to Home Depot and got what he needed to make it right. It took 2 days to finish but it was so beautiful when it was done. Then we had a problem…the faucet kept running when it was turned off Adam kept trying to fix it. When it became obvious it needs to have a part replaced he called it in right away. Even though I couldn’t use my new shower until that part was replaced I knew they would get it done. The manager, Rich took my calls and kept at it until they found they part and scheduled the fix. I never felt like they were blowing me off. Integrity describes how they operated. The only con is that it took longer to get fixed because they don’t have a Tulsa office. Everything came out of Oklahoma City and they only had someone in Tulsa once in awhile.
