The contract to redo my shower was started on 1/25/2024 with the signing of the almost $19,000 price. The salesman Burton Mullins seemed to know what he was doing and was very courteous. However, he measured the shower base wrong and that was the start of the major problem. The tear out and installation was scheduled for 2/29/2024 , however that is when the error in measurement was found. Burton measured the base to be 24x24, but it should have been 26x26 . So needless to say they had to remake the base and that delayed the installation until 3/21/2024. the next issue was that Burton failed to include the shelving for the shower, so it is still not complete. Then the glass had to be measured and ordered. The glass was jobbed out to a local company and the measurement was done and the glass ordered. The glass was installed on 4/15/2025. We are now into 4 months and it is still not complete because of no shelving. I found Tailored on Facebook and my comments on Facebook will not be good. I have already started my reviews on that venue. I will not recommend Tailored at all. Note: What would have happened if I only had one bathroom???????????
