Colton did an outstanding job on the shower replacement. He was very energetic and efficient. He explained the process thoroughly.
We had a meeting with Rich last night, he completed explained in great detail what Tailored would be doing in our bathroom remodel. He explained the product, went through everything they would do, shared pictures of similar type bathrooms, had samples of the products, answered all of our questions.
Matthew was very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. He did an excellent job and he took the time to answer our questions and addressed any concerns we had. I love my new shower and I would highly recommend Tailored remodeling and Matthew to all my friends and family.
They contacted me using a 405 area code claiming I contacted them online for windows and bathroom remodeling. Being based in Kansas and using Oklahoma phone seems sketchy to me. Claiming I did something I didn't is a big mistake. They may have 40 years but soliciting business with shady numbers and lies doesn't speak well.
The contract to redo my shower was started on 1/25/2024 with the signing of the almost $19,000 price. The salesman Burton Mullins seemed to know what he was doing and was very courteous. However, he measured the shower base wrong and that was the start of the major problem. The tear out and installation was scheduled for 2/29/2024 , however that is when the error in measurement was found. Burton measured the base to be 24x24, but it should have been 26x26 . So needless to say they had to remake the base and that delayed the installation until 3/21/2024. the next issue was that Burton failed to include the shelving for the shower, so it is still not complete. Then the glass had to be measured and ordered. The glass was jobbed out to a local company and the measurement was done and the glass ordered. The glass was installed on 4/15/2025. We are now into 4 months and it is still not complete because of no shelving. I found Tailored on Facebook and my comments on Facebook will not be good. I have already started my reviews on that venue. I will not recommend Tailored at all. Note: What would have happened if I only had one bathroom???????????
I had a new shower install. They were able to help me get financing and then it was supposed to be 6 to 8 weeks for the order to come in, as everything is custom made. It was done in less than a month. Colton was able to get it installed for me within 2 days. He arrived on time, was very personable and knowledgeable. He kept me in the loop throughout. He did an awesome job cleaning up the water damage caused by my old tub. Everything went smoothly and he did a great job of cleaning up after himself when he was done. I was left with a beautiful shower. Very happy with the work and would gladly use them again.
Tyler from the Tulsa Oklahoma office came to visit with us about a new shower & although we decided not to do anything at this time he did a great presentation was very nice & knowledgeable I would recommend him to present the tailored products anytime! Thank you Tyler for your time & patience
I'm so happy with the finish project...My bathroom has been completely redone and I feel brand new!!! The team was awesome to work with very friendly and helpful. Anyone who needs remodeling done will be very satisfied by choosing this company to do it!!

Roy More owner and Rod Holeman was installer, and we were very pleased with his work and his determination to install with the precision that was required. He proved to be very professional and knowedgeable in his craft.. I would use him again in the field of bathroom upgrade and recommend him as on who is trustworthy. thanks for the good job.
