I was a little reluctant to have a salesman at the house, but after talking with Rich, I lost that feeling quickly. He wasn't trying to sell me anything. He showed us Tailored's product and went over all the advantages of having it. So we said yes. Colton was our installer. Yet again, another personable guy from Tailored. We love our new walk in shower and I would definitely call them again in the future!
